Serverworks decides to establish a local subsidiary in Thailand.

On July 14, 2026, Serverworks Co., Ltd. decided to establish its first overseas subsidiary, "Serverworks (Thailand) Co., Ltd.", in Thailand.

Leveraging its expertise in AWS implementation, migration, and operation cultivated in Japan, Serverworks plans to support Thai companies and Japanese companies expanding into Thailand with cloud migration and operation, cost optimization, security governance, and the business application of generative AI.

IIJ Managed Cloud for AWS is a managed service that combines IIJ's local support capabilities in Southeast Asia with Serverworks' technical expertise and operational know-how regarding AWS.

Through the establishment of this local subsidiary in Thailand, we will further develop a support system tailored to the local needs of our customers in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, covering everything from AWS implementation, design and construction, monitoring and operation, cost optimization, and security measures.
