In December 2025, Vietnam's first AWS Direct Connect location opened in Hanoi, and in June 2026, an AWS Local Zone was also opened in Hanoi.
Against this backdrop of improving infrastructure, Vietnamese companies are increasingly finding it easier to consider using AWS for system construction, cloud migration, and the use of generative AI.
