  • Yes, operations-only support is available. Once your existing AWS account is transferred to our designated billing structure, we will manage the entire process—from configuration handover and monitoring to cost optimization and recommendations for improvement.
  • Yes, we can. After assessing your configuration and operational processes, we will carry out the migration and handover in the most optimal way.
  • Contract terms vary depending on the plan, with monthly agreements available. Initial costs are determined individually according to the required scope of design and configuration support.
  • Yes. Under service contracts through us, billing and payment can be made in local currencies, including Thai Baht, Vietnamese Dong, and Indonesian Rupiah. We ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, allowing payment inclusive of withholding tax and value-added tax.
  • We provide 24/365/XNUMX monitoring, while incident response is handled in accordance with the support hours of each local office.
